Привлекательная особенность процесса реформирования единой аграрной политики ЕС – эффективное взаимодействие науки и практической деятельности по управлению сельским хозяйством стран ЕС. Анализ направлений модернизации институциональной среды сельского хозяйства стран ЕС в сравнении с концепцией развития агропродовольственного комплекса России предпринят нами для использования опыта ЕС при модернизации инновационных институтов обеспечения продовольственной безопасности страны. An attractive feature of reforming the EU Common Agrarian Policy is the efficient interaction between science and practices in managing the EU agriculture. For the purpose of using the EU experiences when modernizing the innovation institutions ensuring the food security of the country the author analyses the directions of modernization of the EU agriculture institutional environment in comparison with the concept of development of the Russian agro-food complex.
